This is why I am a home physiotherapist. Research shows that we can improve muscle weakness, muscle tone, mobility and balance. We can change the world of our older adults and fight against social isolation, just by giving them the confidence to walk without a fear of falling, and by helping them to maintain an active lifestyle.
If you know somebody who has difficulty walking or are struggling at home, why don’t you can get in contact with London Home Physio to set up an initial assessment? We will do our best to help you. Please call 0207 096 0684 or email: email@example.com.
